Medical Information

If your child is on regular prescribed medication that needs to be taken in school, please inform a member of staff.  Once you have informed the school, the relevant medical form can be sent home. 

 

If medication needs to be brought into school, it must be prescribed by a doctor and must show the pupil's name and date of prescription.
