Welcome to Class 5!
Our Spring Term topic is 'Raining Rainbows' and our Summer Term topic is 'Summer Celebrations'.
Throughout the week Class 5 have opportunities to access a variety of different learning environments outside of the classroom:

Monday – Trampoline and Physical Education

Tuesday – Sensory Zone, Virtual Reality Zone and Rainbow Playground.

Wednesday – Ball Pool

Thursday – Sensory Courtyard

Friday – sensory courtyard.
In order for your child to experience learning in these areas please could you provide: a warm coat, wet weather trousers and wellies, especially for the wet winter months.
We are ambitious capable learners who are learning to communicate our wants and needs with the people around us. We are learning to engage in activities that support our learning and attention skills. We are learning to develop our early learning skills through highly motivating visual and tactile activities.
We are ethically informed citizens who are learning about our school environment and the activities we like/ dislike. We are celebrating festivals and exploring different cultures and religions. We are tasting different foods from around the world during communication cafe.
We are enterprising, creative contributors who are learning to create artworks using colours and materials we like. We are using natural resources found in our locality to make our own artwork.
We are healthy and confident individuals who are learning to explore and taste new and different foods. We are learning about school routines and building trusting relationships with the adults in class who help me.
